Day Three & Day Four

Evening!
Having just calculated last nights intake of points I am both ashamed and in awe. I made a schoolboy error; drinking before reaching Loch Fyne, the restaurant we dined (read as terrorised) for M's Birthday. Between eight of us, we completely abolished the bread baskets (of which there were five, disgusting behaviour).

Points Saved: -10.5

Fortunately I was sensible enough to bash out a morning gym session. The alcohol fuelled booty shaking probably helped burn off, at very least, the Jaegar Bomb. Fingers crossed. Unfortunately points gained are not inclusive of drink dancing, regardless of having owned the floor. Which we did.

Points Gained: 10.0

I regret not having a hangover. Having an alcohol related illness means food does not pass my lips and, therefore, does not spend a lifetime (or any time) on my hips. Psychologically, this leaves me with little or no guilt over the previous nights binge. Instead, M, H and L decided we should frequent Pizza Express. We had vouchers ( it's pathetic, I know). Happily, the father concocted an absolutely diabolical meal this evening and I missed out on unnecessary lamb burger calories (no disrespect to the old man, he's usually an ace chef, just occasionally a little too experimental). Good times.
